What if your customer wants to RETURN what they ordered?
You can simply use our returns address for any customer returns. This means you don’t have to worry about shipping items, or even receiving them back. We handle it all!
Am I allowed to promote the store in anyway I like?
Yes, you can. The only condition is you can’t sell on eBay – that’s the whole point. This is your own store (not a marketplace store like eBay), and so you are free to promote it any way you like – even to friends and family if you want! But we do not allow marketplace sales.
How do you process daily orders?
Each store is setup so our shipping team get an email every time you get a sale. Once we get that email – we ship your order! We ship the same day until 12pm. Orders received after 12pm are shipped the next working day.
Any orders you get are therefore processed completely automatically.
Do I have to buy any stock up-front?
No, you never have to buy anything up front. Once you get a sale, you THEN pay for your order via our online system. Once you get up and running, you can also pay once a week via weekly invoice. This means you never risk any money buying stock.
